Some users have tried mass voting in the most recent poll. This is not allowed and votes that are tagged as "fake" are removed within 24 hours. Also, users that do these kind of things will be blocked from voting in future polls and possibly other things as well.

maybe you need to make the vote through registration of users, this measure is perhaps more difficult to distort results, besides being able to limit the use of these surveys.

We do take several measures to prevent cheating in poll voting, one which is, as you mentioned, based on IP. Dynamic IPs is problematic, for those instances we use other tools to indicate spam votes.

I think you can by the feedback based on the ip though maybe not work with dynamic ips
